PractiTest is awesome and affordable, great support team

The main benefit of using this software for us was to have one place that we could go when having issues with our testing process or even just wanting some help from someone who has more experience than I do! It's not often it happens but sometimes they are slow at responding which makes working within their system difficult - especially if there isn't much going wrong right now (which seems like most days). When things seem fine then everything clicks into gear again so no big deal really as…
