Such a good electric roast chicken

Bought to make roast chicken without oil and cooked when it arrived. Was so excited. The fried chicken looked spoiled. I was afraid it would be bland without seasoning or marinade, but damn it! It was the best fried chicken ever! The high quality stainless steel ensures you get the real undiluted chicken flavor. So good! I just hope it stays in good condition forever.

Extremely disappointed

On first use something seemed wrong. Even at 375 the meat was not browned. The first piece was browned, the second was not, even though they were in the pan at the same time. The second time the meat was much longer than usual and still cooked through on the inside. So I did a test. Pour in 1/2 boiling water and 1/2 hot water and set to 250 degrees. The water did not boil, although it stood there for an hour, the temperature did not exceed 150 degrees. So I put the oil in, and sure enough, at…

Don't miss out anymore!

Buy now! I've had this product for a few weeks and I LOVE IT! I bought a $4,000 waterless cookware set and a Saladmaster oil spiral skillet for my daughter and was so impressed with her new way of cooking but couldn't afford another $4,000. I did my research and ended up here because of the oil spool pan (not many options). I literally bought this pan for a fraction of the price and am very satisfied. Cakes, pastries, healthy cáceroli, fish, vegetables etc. - that's so good, convenient and…

Huge disappointment

Ordered this pan for my wife for Valentine's Day 2010 which has me a little concerned after the birthday vacuum fiasco years ago. Women don't always seem to like being given tools on special occasions. who knew Arrival: Double packaging and good protection, the woman carefully opened the containers. The set included a beautiful frying pan wrapped in a protective plastic bag and oiled. Oooh, I remember a few final leak reviews. Don't worry, the instructions mention rinsing in hot, soapy water to

High learning curve - not very accurate

I bought this pan in August 2009. I wanted to be honest with my review and use it for a while before sharing my experience. This pan was purchased because $20-$40 teflon coated pans are pathetic in terms of heat management, coating peeling and durability. All my other cookware is stainless steel, so I was willing to try this type of electric skillet ahead of time. I initially had reservations about the temperature control, which is not digital and is the main downside of this pan, as well as…

NOT WITHOUT WATER, NOT ACCURATE, NOT RELIABLE

This is ONLY 4 stars so I will keep reading. If I can't return this device, the rating will go down. "Waterless" cooking originated in the 1950s when the typical American housewife cooked vegetables by boiling them in a pot of water and then pouring the water down the drain, along with most of the soluble nutrients. Anhydrous doesn't mean anhydrous in the absolute sense (like frying bacon, or without the use of water or oil like in any stainless steel skillet), but in preserving nutrients. So…
