The cutting board and the rulers are awesome. The size and quality of those alone made the purchase worth the price. The blade on the rotary cutter could be sharper. But if you press hard, you will get through the fabric. Sometimes it takes a second swipe. This was my first try with a rotary cutter. I switched from scissors to save my wrist the constant trauma of cutting. And for that, this has worked nicely.

Only inspected it and was pleased with the quality. (new to sewing here) Reading around said I should have it; and the Revain sewing community helped pick it.

This was a gift and she loved it.The size was perfect and she loved the whole set.I definitely do recommend it. That's my feedback.

Great value for money. Mat feels sturdy and thick and the ruler is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the rotary cutter lets this set down a bit, its clearly cheaply made and its safety mechanism is next to pointless. Make sure you store it in its own box so no one gets hurt reaching for it. Also the blade fitted on my one was chipped when it arrived. Not actually used it on fabric yet.

I am so disappointed in this cutting mat! It is NOT self healing. blade cuts right into it and stays. I imagine this is going to fall apart on me pretty soon.

I create handcrafted cards. This gem of a set is 5* plus, and the hardest worker of all my tools. Highly recommended! The scissors are not sharp enough to cut through thicker materials!

This kit is PERFECT. The cutting knife is excellent to use and multiple replacement blades inckuded. The grid is the perfect size for ease of use for papercrafting. Did not realize that ruler was sturdy metal; what a great surprise. BUT THE COST! What a BARGAIN. 1 of my very best purchases.

The rotary cutter is extremely dull on the cut. You will damage your fabric with the subpar cutter. I would love to return just the cutter, but it came in a packaged kit.so I’m stuck with a bad cutter. Don’t buy. Better off buying separate items than to waste money on a lousy cutter.

I like the idea of this product. It is very useful to cut fabrics. However the roller cutter skip cuts and the clear ruler came with crack. I only want a replacement for the clear ruler but I don't see that option in my "return or replacement" tab. The only option I have is to return it.

The self repairing mat does not repair. The exacto knife has has nice blade, but becareful it does loosen as you are using it. I have not used the scissors or ruler, so I cannot comment on those items. The item was inexpensive so don't expect any of the item to be perfect

My church makes bandages to send to Africa, out of used bed sheets. We used the mat & rotary cutter to cut the sheets into strips that are then sewn together and rolled. By using the mat and cutter it is much faster and there is no raveling of the fabric.

The mat is nice and thick and durable. The ruler is thick and a great cutting guide, and the blade is nice and sharp. The set is overpriced for the quality of the products!

The mat is exceptional; thick, sturdy and portable. The knife is very good. Scissors, meh. BUT the mat alone makes this a great value.

The mat is very good as well as i like the size of the ruler. What i didnt like was the rotary cutter. Wouldn't even cut thru 2 layers of fabric. Its really useless and as anyone knows a good rotary cutter is a must. Ended up having to purchase a seperate cutter that hopefully will be able to handle the job.

The cutting mat and ruler are both worth the money. My only complaint is that the rotary cutter is already dull after just a few uses.

I used this set to make scarves for needy children. My friend fringed the ends with scissors. Everything worked well. Had some difficulty changing the blade. A good buy - similar sets are very expensive.
