My suitcase was broken and there were only four screwdrivers in it. The size I needed wasn't even in it. Not happy with this purchase.

Received in a broken case. The case looked like something heavy had fallen on it, cracked, shattered and pushed the screwdrivers aside (someone should have known because it was stored in a zipped pocket so as not to lose the product). Check the tips to make sure they aren't damaged and don't look like it. Otherwise they were great.

Screwdrivers are ok but when I received the item the plastic case was broken so now I have nothing to hold the screwdrivers which is inconvenient as they are so small . I don't see a way to contact the seller, it's not worth returning.

Practical little things at an affordable price. The quality of the instruments themselves is evident. I wish the suitcase that contained them had a better handle on them in their nests. Of course, some people just throw them in a big box and it doesn't matter. I like to keep a set with my craft tools.

I needed a tiny screwdriver to fasten my glasses. This provided me with such a screwdriver, but the container was broken. One hinge was completely missing, so I know it wasn't a shipping accident. As I only needed it for one purpose it really isn't worth returning, but it's disappointing when something looks unkempt when you've paid for something new.
