Great tool, great support and very fast delivery

I like that you can use it for all your business needs (analytics/reporting). It's easy to create new dashboards using predefined templates or by creating from scratch with no coding required! Can't think of anything i dislike about this software atm but maybe there are some features which aren’t as intuitive? Maybe more training would be helpful if they have live classes in different countries available too?! We used predictit when we were working closely together during our project life cycle

Easy and fun way tracking your leads

I like that this software helps me to see my customers' behaviors in real time as well their buying patterns which are very helpful for marketing purposes! It's easy-to use but sometimes it can be difficult if you don't know how exactly what each button does or where things go once they're clicked/entered. Also there isn’t much customization of colors since everything looks similar (same color scheme). So far so good. We've been able to track our customer behavior through different channels…
