No problem using all three wires. Great little upgrade over my old 63A duralast reman voltage is now stable and less drooping with my new EFI system

Mounting tab had to be as far away as the original. I had to adjust the pulley under the belt. It has been made narrow. All holes were metric, not inch, so the hardware didn't match. But otherwise it works.

This alternator looks very high quality and works well. I haven't tested it for total output current, but it has tested up to 14.4 volts and seems to be handling the load well. I can only say good things about him.

Very well built. Went to an auto parts store and checked it out. The advertised amp is 94, but that gives a maximum of 110 amps at 14.4 volts DC. I also like the idea that all parts (including the body) are new and not rebuilt. I had to replace the pulley (from 3/8" wide to 1/2" wide and 2.61" diameter).

After doing a lot of research to find the best price for a new alternator I finally bought this unit for my 84 T/A. The one swapped out by the previous owner had the wrong amperage and would no longer hold a charge with the accessories that came with it. Changed to this pup and left. No more dimming my headlights when my fan kicks on, and no more worrying about the battery gauge when I'm stuck in traffic. Goodbye!

10SI that died on my 1966 Massey Ferguson 135 (Perkins diesel) and I wanted to improve safety. The generator lies unprotected on the side of the engine. The fins of a running 10SI fan can tear skin if slipped or dropped. The fan of this 12SI looks much safer. I certainly didn't need 94 amps and I doubt I'll ever use them.
