Mounting screws are not included in the kit and the screws from the original block do not fit. I had to find my own screws. The rail sliding system is more awkward than the original, causing the window to bump against the cables and jam as you move. I had to use wire to keep the cables out of the way while driving for it to work properly. I would send it back but didn't want to go through the installation again.

Easy to install and very close to factory, and the common point of failure of these things (the plastic part that holds the cable ends) seems a little more reliable than many others I've seen. The only problem I had was that the curvature of the window rail wasn't as curved as the standard rail, so I had to bend it a bit and add washers/spacers between the 4 guide brackets and the door bracket to make them more towards the window/outer door . Update 08/09/2021. Just 4 days after installing the 2nd system the plastic cable connectors broke rendering it unusable. I double checked the cable routing and glass movement prior to installation. I am an experienced automotive technician and have replaced 100 parts for customers in over 12 years. This is the second regulator system I have installed in less than 2 months. I am installing a power window and the cable gets caught on the window when going up and down. I had to remove the window regulator, pull it out. Remove the cable holder and move it down the channel, install the cable holder if it didn't come with instructions. When it arrived I opened the box from Revain and in the box the regulator came in there was a big hole in the box that contained the regulator, NO instructions. It would be nice to have a warning.
