Good Price - Audio & Video Accessories

Works as it should. A splinter is a splinter. I had the feeling that I got my money's worth with it. Used it at a race track to have multiple channels from the cable that came with the track.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Frequency

Great for a few years

Well I bought this splitter to connect tivo MOCA to tivo mini and it worked great for about 4 years. Eventually it lost all signal strength to my Mini and the Mini just wasn't getting enough signal. After replacing this splitter with a new one, it works great now. It was great until it failed at the 4 year mark.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Worth every penny!: Accessories and supplies

In March I'm working on cutting the cable and getting rid of the cable. I got this to connect to my antenna which has been sitting in my attic for 14 years and has never been used. I plugged it in and ran it coaxially in 6 places around the house. It works as advertised and I have crystal clear OTA HDTV anywhere with no pixelation or signal drop. Even if all 6 work at the same time. A very profitable investment!

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Expensive

Great for audio and video accessories

I have 5 different cable outlets and have previously used a number of reversible splitters in strategic locations around the house. When I decided to re-route all the wiring in the wall I thought it would be a good idea to combine them in one splitter. Of course, Monoprice did a lot on a 6-way splitter. Now it powers 3 TVs and my cable modem and everything works just as well as it did when I hooked up all those splitters.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Works well but may not last forever.

As described by another reviewer, I used this splitter to set up a MoCA network between a bunch of TiVo Minis and my Roamio and it worked really well for a while - just over three years . However, yesterday it suddenly stopped working. We had an early winter storm with some power outages - maybe I got some sort of power surge through the coax? I'm not complaining too much as it was an $8 fix. I'll probably just order a replacement block along with a replacement block next time and maybe run a…

Might be worth a try.

I'm a big Monoprice fan. I have realistic expectations. Unfortunately, this splitter did not "split" it. Maybe I caught a dud. I had no intention of trying any other. I had an installation with various splitters connecting all my coaxes. I was thinking of combining all the coaxes for better looks and overall consumption. When I installed this unit, 2 lines had incredible distortion. I ended up buying a random splitter from a hardware store that works great with no noticeable signal loss. I…

Good splitter for cable and Internet :)

They charge a few bucks more on Revain than on their website, but I order a lot from Revain so I only pay the difference (*hugz* AMZN Prime!). Four for price difference. I know it's more expensive for them to sell here, but whatever! Okay, back to the review, I bought this because I need a splitter that supports a higher spectrum for the internet (the internet runs at higher frequencies of 1kHz). I used this splitter to connect four branches (leave two for growth) from source to point as the…
