Helps break down scar tissue and adhesions

I have scar tissue deep in my abdomen from surgery a few years ago. This causes problems with my pelvic floor (some of my muscles and ligaments are stuck together). My massage therapist suggested trying silicone cupping to go deeper and break these adhesions more gently than traditional deep tissue massage or glass. Cups. Effective if you know what you are doing

I am a Licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist. I use fire bowls in my practice, but bought these for myself as it's difficult to burn your back with fire (not to mention a bit dangerous!). It really helps to understand the theory of acupuncture and why we use cups. Cups are used to pump out stagnant blood and remove cold that can lodge in the muscle layer.
