More effort and long fumbling on the phone and

A lot of fumbling when making calls and had to invest permanently to have the money ready for the toll and will be fined if the amount falls below a certain amount. You must have a lot of information about the car and the device.

Pros
  • certified
Cons
  • There are new competitors

It works and that's the main thing

Create an account (use the transponder's FLID when registering online), set the top-up amount/threshold, add a credit card, and you're done. So far so good on different boards here in Miami and next week we'll be testing it on the US east coast. Update: still works fine, tried other states. 0 issues, but shipping out of state tolls may take a little longer.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Long delivery time

A MUST when touring the east coast.

UNI replaces EPass XTRA in a smaller size. I have attached photos of the device. This pass also works on SunPass roads in Florida. I have attached a picture to show you that they are even the same size. I love the EPass app, it works well with Apple Pay and multiple transponders. The prices have been set between the official EPass website and Revain, especially when you consider the shipping costs.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Hard to say

Buy directly from Unipass!

As others have pointed out, the Unipass transponder is only $14.95 when ordered directly through them. Also, I had a lot of trouble registering what I bought here at Revain. I suspect it would be easier if I bought the transponder directly through Unipass AND I would save a few bucks. Money isn't a big deal, but I'll never get those disappointing hours of my life back. :-)

Pros
  • Easy-to-Read Control Panel
Cons
  • There are nuances

It works, but site and multiple vehicle usage is poor

This works and is good for interstate travel along the east coast as well as Illinois and Indiana. However, the site is terrible. You cannot have more than one vehicle at a time. So if you want to switch between your vehicles or a rental car, you will have to delete and change your vehicle information each time. It seems like a way to get you to buy multiple unis to avoid the hassle. I have SunPass which is much easier to use as you can have multiple vehicles and there is even a way to enter…

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Crumpled

It did not work.

It didn't work. I took it on a trip to Virginia, clipped it to my windshield, and drove through a tollbooth only to see flashing red lights and pictures of a rental license plate. Automobile. I called and the company confirmed it had been activated and should be working. They told me if I received an invoice to send it to ePass and they would notify the toll agency that I have an active pass. I haven't tried yet because I haven't received an invoice yet, but I don't want to. You have to go…

Pros
  • Anti-theft
Cons
  • Little things

Not easy to set up, no recent toll transactions visible

I bought this transponder to replace our I-Pass and Sunpass and now we only have one transponder for all our journeys. The online setup wasn't as easy as the other two companies, and the website isn't user-friendly. We used this transponder for the first time last week and drove past about a dozen Illinois toll booths. I tried to check the site's transponder activity, but I could not apply the dates when the transponder was used to view payments. Fearing that it might not work, I contacted…

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

As I travel extensively and frequently travel between New England and the Southern States, carrying both the EZ Pass and SunPass has become a problem. Especially if you forgot one. When I saw this I decided to give it a try. It's a bit more expensive on Revain but the wait time on the EPass website is over 2 weeks and I thought it was worth a few bucks. Activation was a bit fiddly. There are 3 "serial numbers" printed on the device - one for E-Pass, one for SunPass and one for EZ-Pass systems -
