Presco Stripe Patterned Roll Flagging Tape is a NON-ADHESIVE, non-embossed tape used for surveying, trail marking and other industrial applications like construction, forestry, hardware, oil exploration, nursery, mining, and geophysics. Presco Stripe Patterned Roll Flagging Tape is extruded PVC film and made in the USA. Since Presco controls the manufacturing process of the flagging tape, they are able to custom formulate the PVC film with added plasticizer packages which yield maximum physical properties including tensile strength, cold crack and UV stability. Rolls labeled as Day/Night are formulated with an exclusive nighttime visibility silver ink combined with their economical roll flagging tape provides a cost-effective and disposable solution to your nighttime needs. In the dark, when a beam of light is directed at the stripes, light bounces back towards the source for enhanced nighttime visibility. Product features include temperature resistance to -20F, 2.0 mil thickness for standard colors and 2.5 mil thickness for neon PresGlo colors, and 100% made in the US. 13 standard color stripe patterns available with 2.0 mil thickness, 3 neon PresGlo color stripe patterns available with 2.5 mil thickness, and 2 day/night color stripe patterns available including Red/Silver with 2.0 mil thickness and Neon Orange/Silver with 2.5 mil thickness. Please note that Presco Stripe Patterned Roll Flagging Tape can be shipped on a non-branded neutral core or a Presco branded core.

Not suitable for safety signs and signals

Does not reflect light as advertised. In the dark there is no reflection at all. Nothing compares to putting up markers like walking down a path at night expecting to see reflections and seeing nothing.

Tape fades to compare

The photo shows that the black stripes are not solid black and the ink shows through. Pink isn't neon, according to 4 people interviewed here in an objective, candid way - it's a washed-out pink that certainly doesn't look anywhere like it does in the screenshot shown in the photo accompanying this review. Sure internet screen colors can 'miss' but the lack of sharpness and crisp bright colors is evident and for the money this should be better so returning it. Also took the tape into a dark…

Does the job we wanted!

We were looking for something specially made to withstand the elements that would last a while. We have a four foot fence around our yard and lots of deer. Since deer have poor depth perception (and since they're supposed to see blue well, we went with blue and white stripes), we went for the old trick of making them think the fence is higher than it actually is. to stop someone from jumping.
