    Good cause - amplifier installation

    The wire is used for antenna wires. Very flexible, beautiful jacket. The color fades in the sun. I don't know about long term outdoor durability as I use a portable antenna for occasional use.

    A bit pricey and sent back because I found the exact same cable at a big hardware store for 2/3 the price. I would give 5 stars but the price is hard to ignore.

    It's solid copper - nothing out of the ordinary

    As the name suggests, it's plain old stranded copper wire. Easy to cut. Can be easily spliced. Easy to solder. Would buy again without hesitation (until the price goes up). Used to assemble/wire a control panel (car app). zero complaints.

    This wire is a gauge I like

    I didn't realize what difference wire gauge would really make. Sure you know it's better to have a heavier gauge wire when you're actually hitting a note, but I REALLY didn't realize how big the difference was until I installed it. Also, the roll is way bigger than I need, I can use it for more than one project, and it's a great price too.

    As many reviews say this is not AWG

    I was disappointed that the bad reviews on this product regarding the wire size were absolutely correct. It is not copper and not true AWG size. I've found that Home Depot has a great selection of AWG wire that is cheaper than here. The information about this product was misleading and I decided to buy it. Next time I will use real AWG copper wire. For the record, the insulation is thick and spongy. I think that's how they justify the size of the wire.

    I bought this cable to connect low power LED lights in 2 golf carts and dome lights in an RV. The wire looked good and was easy to work with, but after a year of installation I started to lose performance in the light. Guess what - that cheap wire (?) turns into a powder, a gray ash-like powder that's dust. Now I have to take everything apart and redo it. I should have bought a good wire, not this cheap fake. I repeat and you have been warned - ABSOLUTELY. MAKE. NO. TO BUY. THE!
