This appliance is not "universal". It doesn't fit into Pfizer's product line, which in the US consists of more than 80% bath and shower replacement products. If you have a Pfizer product line, you may be disappointed with this replacement.

They are similar to my old ones but didn't quite fit didn't send them back because I didn't want to go to the post office or UPS and I think I can ask someone to change them to fit. The screws are aligned but there was too much plastic inside.

I bought this to replace my bath tub handle because it was supposed to be a universal tub faucet handle. It's a bit small for my bathtub but fits perfectly with the sink handles. Keep checking to see if your bathtub faucets are close to normal sized. If you buy this for your bathroom you will be disappointed.

I was going to install it and noticed the small plastic part of the hot button cover was broken so the main part was fine and I just installed it. I don't want to take the time to send it back and get a new one so I'll probably glue the hot button although I wouldn't have to put it on something new. The box it arrived in was fine and it was packed tightly so it wasn't damaged during shipping, they already packed it damaged.

Center cap broken on both handles. I originally bought this for my bathtub faucet but it doesn't fit. So I tried it on a sink faucet instead. When I installed the grips they played. As you rotate the handle, you may feel it tilt slightly from side to side. I'm not worried about returning it so I'll just use it as is and buy brand new faucet attachments so I don't have to hunt for handles that fit properly.
