I have used this brand and product on a shower door several times. I have kept the packaging so I know what to order but now they have changed the thickness of the item so it is no longer the same and no longer works.

I ordered this gasket a few years ago and it has worked great. I ordered four this time and found that the semi-circular clasp was too big for all of them. The packaging clearly states that the bottom of the semi-circular part is 4mm (which is what I need), but its width is more than 5mm.

The product delivered differs from the one ordered. It was too big for the bottom of the shower door. My husband sent it back twice and each time he ordered the part he needed they sent him "something similar". Finally he took a pair of scissors and cut a piece of rubber along the top edge so it narrowed and slipped into the groove of the doorknob.
