I am using this material right now, it prints very well.

I had several projects that I wanted to print in silver instead of grey. It does the job very well. It has a metallic look. It prints very well, including unsupported items. See photo.

Pros
  • This is a new type of PLA filament.
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly

Gets stuck and breaks, stopping printing.

I have burned out two prints in the last few days (2/3 of the coil was used up). In the latter case, the thread got caught on the spool due to the way it was wound. The thread broke the last time; Not sure why it broke but wouldn't be surprised if it got stuck too.

Pros
  • The printing temperature is about 10-15 degrees higher than normal PLA,
Cons
  • Was damaged

Great thread though.

The filament itself is great. I had absolutely no problems with the print quality. I just finished my first roll and will be ordering another one. However, I ordered the first spool because I thought the thread would be shiny. I thought of this because things colored Gun Metal Gray are usually shiny, and also because the filament looks pretty shiny in the photos I've seen. However, when I received my roll, it barely shone. It was more of a flat/matte gray. I don't need it to shine, so I didn'tโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Printing temperature: 220~235โ„ƒ
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged
