I hope you have better luck than me

Bought 2, the first screen is already blank. The second crashed twice and was moving incredibly slowly. I checked if it was updated. I am extremely disappointed. Revain is amazing with their returns process: when I first decided on a replacement product, they shipped it to me and it came 2 days after I submitted my request. This review is just my frustration at a poor quality product and in no way reflects Revain and their excellent customer service.

Excellent tablet for young children

I love this children's tablet! It came preloaded with audiobooks for kids, a drawing app, educational and learning games. Educational games cover topics like color, shape, phonetics, alphabet and more. My 5-year-old son plays with "his" tablet almost every day. I find it very convenient to let him play on this tablet because I don't have to worry about violent videos and other inappropriate material he accidentally accesses. When he plays with this tablet, I know that he can only accessโ€ฆ

Not satisfied yet, good for computers and accessories

When I first got it as instructed, the kid's game icon should be on the parent's home screen, but it wasn't. I contacted Pritom several times and the instructions they sent me didn't work so I contacted Revain and they sent me a new tablet but the badge wasn't on it either. I finally figured out how to place an icon on the home screen. So let's see how long the battery lasts. I will update later.

The idea is amazing. But that's not enough.

The idea of setting limits that children cannot avoid is great. It comes with preinstalled games, you can add some adult games and of course the animator loved by all children. You can put YouTube on it. But here is my problem. Keep disconnecting from WiFi. I've used ours and my neighbors' (with permission of course) and it still cuts. We say maximum every 15-20 minutes. This is very annoying. I went from a Wal-Mart brand that broke every few months to a kids' PBS tablet that was changed toโ€ฆ
