A useful tool for evaluating private companies and other investment opportunities

This was an easy way to find out what kind of returns investors are receiving from their shares in publically traded businesses as well as those who have been acquired privately (often at high price tags). It's also helpful when you're looking through potential acquisitions because it can tell if there might be any issues regarding shareholder rights under both state law AND SEC regulations - which helps avoid getting blindsided later down the road! I wish we had more information about each…

Awesome resource especially useful during COVID19 quarantine

I enjoyed using this site to find out more information about specific businesses in my area as well as other industries within our state. It was very easy to navigate through all different types of business profiles found here! The only thing i disliked most was how long it took sometimes before you could submit an update after making changes/edits. This can be frustrating if you are trying to edit something quickly without having time to wait around while they process everything. If looking up
