Impressed! Best in Tools & Equipment

Wow. I honestly wasn't expecting much from this cheap little thing and was very impressed with its features! I used it to polish my bike parts for about 4 hours and it worked great. It also didn't have the annoying noise from the switch that others have spoken about. Must hit or miss. Definitely worth your money!

  • Great product
Cons
  • So far so good

Good little buffer for the money

I have to warn anyone buying this buffer though. The power button is delicate and easy to trip over. My dog accidentally turned it on yesterday. Luckily I was only gone 30 minutes. And I heard something running and knocking. There was a bumper on the bathroom floor that crashed into the door frame.

good value for money

I've polished a lot of cars but I've always used my large industrial size fender. I decided to try something different and got this little 6 inch buffer. I am impressed. Easy to use, light weight and seems to last. I've only driven three cars with it so far, but the engine doesn't get very hot, it seems to be doing its job well. thumbs up

3 minutes life. Literally

sheer crap. Used it for a total of 3 minutes and it literally fell apart. Worthless like a boat with a hole in it. I couldn't select negative stars so I'm only giving ONE STAR, but I know that's only because I had to select a star to leave a review. I'll probably tape a dollar bill to it when I throw it in the trash so I know I threw something away.

Pros
  • practical thing
Cons
  • will do

The bearing failed after 5 weeks.

The cross bearing has failed, now the shoe is wobbling. I polished my car 3 times and couldn't finish the last polish for fear the hood would come off and wreck my truck. I had to end it manually, which I was trying to avoid. I would not buy it again, I will try to find a TOP QUALITY TIMKEN bearing to replace the bad one. My old one (15+ years old) still works but the foam padding has been removed. If I could find a replacement pad I would go with it. The Wells Stanton engine still runs…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not bad
