It's easy to learn, install and use. The system is reliable, which makes it very good for business use. I dislike that you need to have a separate app for each camera. It's been really easy to setup, it runs on its own without having to worry about software installation or configuration. It is relatively inexpensive for what you get. We're still getting the hang of it but so far things are looking good. I'd say that it takes some time to get used to how everything works - you need to be able to read documentation well because there is not much help to get started with this product.
