Great product for managing Point Of Sale

The ease of use of the software and the customer support are the two things I like best. We are in the process of migrating to the new version of the software, and I'm glad to see the new features and how the interface has been improved. I also like that the customer support is always there to help. We are solving a problem of how to manage our point of sale system, and they have really helped us in making this transition. PROBILZ - A helpful tool if used correctly

We like the fact that we can see what our customers are purchasing and where they are spending most of their time. This allows us to target specific areas of our stores which helps with sales. It also gives us an idea of where we need to improve. I dislike the fact that it takes a very long time to get an answer when you call in. They have a lot of options to choose from but none of them are very clear. If they could make it easier to navigate through all of the different features, this would…
