I tried the case when I first got it and I love it. Very comfortable and the touchscreen inside the case is fully intact. I'm going on a cruise, that's great!

I used this case for my iPhone XS Max on our beach trip and it saved my life! Saved the sand from my device and allowed me to get in the water and take tons of photos and videos! And the photos turned out fantastic!

Works great. It fits well on my S10+ too, but it's a little tight. Great for keeping phone dry underwater, in lake/water etc. Everything works great outside of the water. The only problem is that it is unresponsive underwater. I think it's a combination of the case and how the touchscreen works. The solution I found was to start the video over water and just take screenshots of the video.

I was concerned at first, bought for a week in Cancun. About day 3 or 4 some water got into one of them, but I'm not sure if this is user error. Then on day 6 I tied myself into a 25 foot deep cenote and it detached from my neck (certain user error), it detached from my neck and sank to the bottom. The place we went through freedived at least 3 hours later or the next morning and found it. NOT A DROP OF WATER IN IT! My phone was saved, so I believe in this case.

I love this product! Everywhere I went people asked where I bought it. I swam in the ocean, pool, lake and river with this hanging around my neck. I took great photos and my phone never got wet. Here's a tip: before you risk a $1,000 phone, fill it with dry toilet paper and soak it in the sink or bathtub. When the toilet paper is dry, you're good to go. In addition, you can tighten the tip. I ordered these suitcases for our last vacation. We drove part of the way to the water park and I knew I wanted to take photos and needed to take at least one of our phones with me.
