Automatic reminder tool for internal customers

The customer support is great - even if I am not able to speak german it's always possible by phone or eMail (sometimes they don't respond fast enough). Also their online portal has an option where one could send automatic email notifications which makes life easier sometimes when working from home as well because otherwise there would be no way knowing immediately what needs attention next time I'm at my desk again. It was very easy to set everything up since most options are already available

Very good project management software that can be used by everyone

The project management is very good - it's easy enough that even beginners understand its use immediately but also flexible so experienced users are able achieve great things as well (which I'm sure they have). It works quite seamlessly from my own computer or via Google Apps at home without any hassle whatsover once set everything was just working right away when logging into our office network remotely through TeamViewer etc., which makes using this software incredibly useful since many…
