Not great for two large bottles (we tried to put two bottles of Dom Perignon in it and it didn't fly) But fine for two .regular bottles as well as ice and water.Recommend much more water than ice,otherwise bottles will be difficult to return.And keep an eye on the level as it will drop in the middle,if you get too much ice it will melt and overflow. .Perfectly good for one bottle, sometimes great for two.

While slightly smaller than ideal, this bucket will comfortably hold two full sized bottles of champagne with a moderate amount of ice. It doesn't fit more than a large bottle of champagne. Pre-chilling the bottles in the fridge and then keeping them cold with this bucket, rather than trying to COOL them to room temperature, can produce the best results. For my purpose of entertaining family and friends this will work fine.

Very attractive container. While I hardly ever sweat (meaning it doesn't drip heavily like some others - just condensate), I'd like to sweat very less. In this case I would give 5 stars. I am considering buying a container with 4 bottles for wine and beer. It is very strong, thick and durable. I recommend it if you plan to use it on a fabric tablecloth and if you are going to use ice either don't use it on a wooden tabletop or put a protective layer under this container.
