Inhibits walking in animals

We bought the large size for my cat and he had a lot of trouble walking on his hind legs. The way the end of the suit is sown is supposed to allow the animal to use the bathroom without making a mess. However, they designed the leg holes exactly like the front leg holes, and didn't take into account that cats and dogs front legs are differently shaped than their hind legs. Returned immediately and will not recommend.

Easily got out: my feedback

Got this for my cat Jim he weighs about 11.5 pounds and I got this to protect his nipples from my new kitten Jinx who kept trying to get milk from him🫣😹 anyway it took less than 30 minutes to get out and every night after he would wait till everyone in the house was asleep he would slip right on out and hide it under my bed but it’s real soft and I wish it worked

Maybe too much stretch.

The onesie has helped so much keeping my cat from using his back legs to scratch his incision. However he is also a professional at getting out of it. It has quite a bit of stretch to it and he is able to tuck his back legs into the "pants" and kick it off without even undoing the velcro. We have to keep it on him, as it is the only thing keeping him from scratching - but the constant monitoring to make sure he isnt sliding out of it has been a lot.

Cat gets out of it best in my review

I got the right size, it fits perfectly however my cat easily gets out of it. I wonder if the opening on the back makes it too loose and if it was tighter he wouldn't be able to escape.

Does not fit a cat's back legs

There is no possible way a cat can walk with the way the back legs are designed. She would not keep it on. It was just to big even the small! Total waste of time and money.

Cons: the one I ordered is just slightly too small.Pros: the design is so damned good, and the first one is just a touch too small, that I am just getting a size larger.This is SO easy to get them into!

Sizing is off: my feedback

Mine was too big for my cat. It is super soft and comfy and would be great for her surgery recovery, if it wasn't so big.*I did measure her first and got the correct size.

Too small for my Cornish rex

I got a small for my 10 month old Cornish Rex and it was too small. Not ideal for cats that have been neutered and recovering either.

Nicely made in my review

Very well made, soft material and stretchy. I had to return it because the Velcro strip along the back was a little too bulky for her small body. It does make the fit secure, though.

Great material, so soft & stretchy.

Love this onesie. Easy when putting on my cat’s front legs but the back ones seemed tight/constricting. I liked it and he needed it (he has raw spots on his stomach & one thigh from constant licking due to allergy) so I didn’t want to return it for the next size since that might be too big. I made a cut in one back leg and he’s much more comfortable. It’s working!

I would have liked it better if the material was thicker. My cat made a hole very east

The quality is poor ex. cheap material and the large was still a lil tight my guy is 15 lbs so I wish there was an ex large option. Great concept. It worked for the most part but once my cats stitches started to itch, game over. I ended up buying a baby onsie which worked great!

Much more humane than a cone of shame

Post spay, this was a more comfortable way for our kitty to heal and get her away from her incision. She was so dang cute too! Could pee and poop although it was a bit comical!

Stopped my cat from licking

Purchased for my cat to use prior to having surgery as she had some tumors on her tummy. These tumors she ended up licking open while waiting to have them surgically removed. Unfortunately surgery was out 30+ days on their schedule so we were desperate to reduce the licking and reduce risk of infection. Vet recommended we get her some cat clothes, baby onesie or cone to wear while waiting for the surgery date. I opted to order this so I wouldn't have to "customize" a baby onesie for the tail…

I feel that the Size Chart is off

This is a good product, the velcro is very strong and the material is soft. the only issue is the sizing i would say, because my cat can still get out of it after a few hours. he’s 8 pounds and 5months old, and according to the size chart i purchased a Large. i would say size down so it fits more tight and it’s harder for them to slip themselves out. other than that he can’t reach his sutures from getting neutered and all that, even without his fluffy e-collar.
