Absolutely LOVE this wand

Absolutely LOVE this wand! My hair is naturally curly and I wanted something other than gel. I have to say that I am very happy with the way my hair looks! It's a long process, but it's worth it!

Works great but stopped working after 2 months. SEE UPDATE BELOW

It worked great and then stopped heating completely. Now it's just getting warm. I am trying to contact the seller to get my money back. I bought it on May 11th and it stopped working on July 11th. It's only 2 months. UPDATE: The company contacted me and not only listened to my complaint but responded and offered me a new wand for free. It arrived quickly and I am completely satisfied.

Update: 4/11/18 The seller contacted me after the review below and sent me a new perm. It actually seems to take a little longer to heat up, but gets a little hotter than what I had before. It works very well and I love it. I bought a traditional bedhead oscillator before receiving the Blue Top replacement. Ideal waver for irons

The coolest waver. It creates perfect waves and I use it all the time and what I hate the most is doing unnecessary things to my hair. When I use a regular curling iron my curls fall out completely after an hour. Using this wave keeps my waves for days after sleeping on it and without using hairspray. It's also great value for money. I shared it with all my friends. Condensation only accumulated in the buttons and the temperature display when it was used for the first time. This hasn't impacted

Amazing customer service. .didn't like the product

Update: I received a new device courtesy of the company. . However, the jiggling still makes my hair smelly and the grip feels loose when I pick it up, but the only reason I gave 3 stars is because they have AMAZING customer service! Incredibly glad to have this tool! I have very thick hair and lots of it! Heats up very quickly Best in straighteners

My wife loves it, it looks very small on the screen but the size is good if you are used to having enough hair to curl, the power cord gets tangled didn't feel and it had a small screen for the temperature gauge and it also heats up very quickly so it's a very good buy for the price, does its job very well for styling hair. Just unpack it and start styling your hair without having to change the top of the iron.

I can't even get my hair in a proper ponytail. They are thick and frizzy and the stray hairs just dangle in all directions and it seems alien organisms have become permanently lodged in my hair.
