Great product for collars

I wanted the best bang for the buck and this was it! The battery life is amazing, but what I really like is the range the remote can send to the receiver. I have a beagle and live out of town and this product is perfect for us.

Good product for dogs

I tried it on my fingers before using it on my dog, it gets their attention but won't hurt them, scare them yes but they will go back to it focus on what you need when they're doing something they shouldn't be doing. I love that it has a beep, vibration and shock selection. You can also increase and decrease the vibration and shock levels, which is very convenient.

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Sad gear

Simple and effective!

This collar is worth it. We have 2 labs that bark at everything! I NEVER had to use the shock function. I signal them and it works like a charm. When they get a little crazy I used the vibrate feature and it worked. We bought a second collar for our new lab and were able to program both into one remote! There is a button on the side to switch between collar #1 and #2.

Pros
  • Good job
Cons
  • No instructions

Says it's a waterproof collar and it's true!

I have already bought three of them! This is a great replacement for more expensive collars that don't last long and my dogs respond easily to this sound and vibration. It takes longer to charge than other collars and with the included charging cable it is easy to charge even from the car. I told my friends about this collar and its great price; This is a durable collar for a hardworking dog!

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • May damage

Matching our Deaf Border Collie Mix!

Our border collie mix is deaf and a handful! He doesn't like anyone in our house, so if we put his training collar on him and lead him into the driveway to greet guests, he'll let them through with no problem. It's a different matter if he's not wearing a collar! He likes wearing a collar because he knows he's going somewhere (to the lake, to go shopping, or to his grandparents' house!). This collar works great, it's actually the second one we've bought! It's 7 years old so I think we…

Labrador puppy find

Our labrador puppy grew fast and wild. It was hard to keep up with oncoming surfers running out the front door just not listening. It came quickly, so we started using it right away. The setup was simple and very clear. The remote control is easy to use and self-explanatory. The different tooth sizes are helpful as she has more hair than some dogs. Also, the collar is highly adjustable, which was beneficial for her rapidly growing body. It only took us a few "nudges" to put it into vibrate…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Not suitable for dogs

The range of this item is close at best and if it is out of range you will need to get very close to the collar for it to reconnect, the remote control or the collar that is holding it gets out of reach. The flashlight does not make up for its shortcomings. This was recommended as a replacement for the old product which is no longer available. This item had a wide range with the same 3 features. This item has a vibration setting and although the screen shows its power increasing there is no…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Excellent and durable collar

This collar is really strong. I bought one for my Anatolian Shepherd about a year ago. I also have Jack's mix. Both are synced to the same remote, so I only need to take one remote with me. I just bought another e-collar as two puppies are playing so hard Shepard is wearing out the nylon collar. These two puppies fight relentlessly all day and the e-collar still works like new! It also lasts several days without reloading. The puppies don't mind wearing a collar and have been trained to listen…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Not everything is as good as it says
