If your junction box is installed flush with the drywall rather than recessed, the protruding wiring on the back of the light will prevent it from sitting flush.

nicely made, good materials, comes with enough wire nuts and screws. My only gripe is that the standard bulb has a sticky end so the lampshade doesn't shade to the side as much as I would like.

The light is easy to install but doesn't work at first. Finally figured out the reason, the bulb specified for it doesn't work with it, as do similar bulbs. You need a Type A lamp with a longer neck or base, then it will work.

These lamps are very beautiful and easy to install. We have four (4) of these installed. However, it is worth noting that one (1) lantern came with no mounting hardware. Not wanting to wait to go back and get a new light, we bought mounting hardware from Lowes. For this reason I do not give 5 stars.

It was a little larger than I expected but light weight and easy to install. It has an attractive appearance that can be incorporated into many types of decorations. The custom bulb he uses costs about $10, but it screws into the socket easily, unlike some other lights of this ilk where the bulbs are more difficult to remove and replace. The lighting it provides fits in the small hallway I installed it in and it can be rotated to direct the light where it's needed.

Not really my style but worked great when trying to match very similar vintage light fixtures in my house. It was very easy and quick to install and works great! Works great for highlighting some of the artwork on the wall below. Was installed on a vaulted ceiling and I had no problem with it not staying in place once installed. Also works great with a dimmer. Great price and unlike anything I could find in big stores.

It's fantastic! It was difficult for me to find such lighting that was not on the track. I'm sure the holes we have were for falling lights, but we have too many things on the wall for falling lights so they work great. We bought special bulbs to make them look more vintage and have a nice orange glow. We have dimmers and it works fine. I would like to mention that the undertone of the color is a very orangey red which is perfect for us but keep that in mind when choosing your colour!

I don't know if I like this light as it has a fairly simple design but it's exactly what I was looking for. I'm using this as a light fixture over the sink which wanted to be discreet so it doesn't blend in with the main fixtures. With that in mind, this is a well-made device. The metal is pretty strong and the finish is pretty good.
