RANGE SAYS 50 feet, which is strong BELOW. I PUSH THE REMOTE OVER 300ft and it works every time.

This product works great. I use a 6 inch travel controller to raise the top of the dune buggy. One thing to note when setting up is that if the directional switch (up/down) is left on, the limit switches in the actuator will not abort the last operation unless the operator presses the same directional button at the end of the stroke to close the signal delete (which could be done to stop the movement).
