A TV set from the same Samsung 5 years ago is inferior in most parameters, not counting the format:
- you can watch during the day or in the light if you wish, but only if you are sick and can’t get out of bed :) colors are greatly distorted in the light, for example, blue hits the eyes, I tried to play with the settings, it didn’t help much, and there’s no point, t . to. I watch mostly at night.
- The OS is incredibly slow and uncomfortable, as if it is 10 years old already, the keyboard is just dark in alphabetical order and without prompts for speed dialing, open settings while watching = search for the movie again later
- there is no declared automatic distortion control, i. E. if the projector is not at a right angle, then you will have to adjust it manually, while the picture sometimes slides after turning off and you have to reconfigure, or move the projector itself with your hands
- focusing works in such a way that when the projector is directed a little upwards by about 10 degrees, the text is in focus from below, and a little blurry from above (I don’t know the mat part, don’t beat with sticks, perhaps this is logical and there is no other technology in nature, but still)
- at night it makes noise under the ear, it’s not critical, you get used to it, you can even sleep easily and mb it is considered quiet, but keep in mind that this is not a TV, the cooler will blow decently
- the micro-hdmi input is located extremely close to the power supply, you will have to try hard to find a high-quality cable with a narrow connector to connect the same curling iron
- playing video via safari from an iPhone via air play is a pain, you need to look for sites with some kind of ideal player where advertising does not break this scheme (the projector browser copes even worse with advertising), but sharing from Samsung works fine
- the remote control is uncomfortable, often at night I take it upside down and press the useless Netflix button + noisy buttons
- price (bought for 100 in the fall, although relative to the peak of 150 in the summer, we can assume that the average)
