Proposal Pad - Amazing tool for proposal writing

The best thing about this software is its ease of use; you don't need any special training or skill sets, as long as you are familiar with Microsoft Office applications, which most people have nowadays you can easily learn how to operate this program. It's also very user friendly so anyone who has used word processors before will be able to navigate through this application just fine. There isn't much I dislike about this software but some functions could probably be improved upon like making…

Overall a great program with many benefits but difficult customer service support team

I like how simple this software was when we first started using, but have since had many issues with emails not being received or answered within 24 hours of sending them (sometimes even up until 2 weeks). We've also been unable at times due from our internet connection going out during contract signing time period which has resulted in us losing contracts as well! The customer service support team can be quite difficult sometimes so make sure you're prepared before contacting their helpdesk if
