Great quality, happy with it one hundred percent!

Remade the gun to work from an external source. Not every phone charger will fit - cheap no-name chargers cannot provide the currents indicated on the label, you need to be prepared for this. When testing, one charger (with passport 5 volts 2 amperes) gave out only 0.6 amperes, and the other (with similar passport data) already gave out more than 1 ampere, which is the norm given that the gun is designed for 6-7 volts (if you increase the voltage, then it increased would and consumed current)…

Pros
  • AUTONOMY! Works even on NiMH batteries (heating time 1.5-2 minutes). Neat appearance. Comfortable in the hand. Able to work even from a phone charger (the total voltage of NiMH batteries is 5.08 volts, and the power of the gun is 7 watts, which means that the currents are not more than 1.4 Amperes, that is, any simple, two-ampere phone charger will easily pull this gun). You just need to mount the connector in the gun (USB. AUX or any other available) and connect in parallel to the wires coming from the batteries.
Cons
  • Cheap NiMHs do not hold a charge well and, quite quickly, self-discharge (2-3 months before being completely discharged), while expensive NiMHs are expensive (GP. Panasonic) and are no longer as profitable as power from conventional batteries. I didn’t calculate, but I think that pistols on lithium-ion are more economical in terms of capacity, cost of batteries, and ease of use.

About 10 years ago I discovered glue guns, for a long time I had a simple wire gun, bought on occasion at the nearest building supermarket. Everything in it was quite normal, except that it’s still not very convenient with a wire, sometimes you need to crawl up, sometimes climb high, with an extension cord it’s generally tin, the extension cord is heavier than the gun and outweighs it, and turn it off and just glue it on the remaining heat on a small did not work out - the inertial heat…

Pros
  • A light weight According to the materials - a very pleasant quality, nothing outstanding, but such a normal plastic, smooth with rubberized inserts Pleasant enough in the hand Operates on batteries or AA batteries Warming up from new batteries turned out to be even faster than stated after 2 minutes normally hot hot melt adhesive began to come out Despite the fact that glue sticks of a relatively rare size of 7.5 mm are indicated as used, inexpensive 7 mm sticks from an internal brand of a network building supermarket that I bought for a Bosch glue gun fit perfectly Price
Cons
  • I would venture to suggest that it is still power, BUT really, if you need to drive a bunch of glue and quickly, you need a powerful network gun that has rods of a different diameter May be

This is a modern marvel!

I was afraid that the cordless glue gun would never reach the right temperature. I was afraid that the batteries would not be enough to complete the project, I was afraid that it was a novelty and not a tool. I was wrong on all counts. This little honey is a great glue gun and the cordless operation makes it so much better. It may not be the only glue gun you have, but it will definitely find a place in your craft arsenal. The gun appears to be well built with the exception of the battery…

Pros
  • Ideal for model making, do-it-yourself projects and quick home repairs
Cons
  • Legacy

3-1/2 stars Very good for an inexpensive battery powered glue gun

3-1/2 stars Works fairly well for an inexpensive battery powered glue gun Use Energizer Lithium or Panasonic Eneloops ( rechargeable nickel-metal hydride batteries) if you need decent performance. Alkaline batteries just don't work that well in something that requires a lot of power. NiMH can deliver more current than (expensive) lithium; Plus, you can charge them instead of throwing them in the trash. It's not really bad for a glue gun, but I'm not surprised anyone gets frustrated with using…

Pros
  • Cordless design, no air conditioning
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Don't expect such a good thing.

Speaking of surprises. There aren't many fully cordless or fully cordless hot glue guns in the US. The only other one I know of is AdTech, and that glue gun is, frankly, crap. When I bought this glue gun I was expecting something that wouldn't last long and then I immediately needed new batteries. Well, I ended up pairing the glue gun with the Energizer Ultimate Lithium kit (and if you use a glue gun a lot, I highly recommend using the Energizer Ultimate Lithium as it's considered a…
