Very easy to use and seems accurate. It comes with a weight of 5 grams and can be calibrated if necessary. It also came with three batteries (although the scale only holds two, so I don't know why they sent three). To further test the accuracy I put a copper penny on it and it showed a weight of 2.5 grams which is the "official" weight of the penny so I have to say the accuracy is good. Please Note: Be sure to remove the thin, clear plastic protective cover from the scale surface. I could also remove the arm scale with greater accuracy in case I later had to adjust the needle tension.
