Case received did not match description

The case received did not have the "custom foam insert". Have the foam insert was my reason for purchasing this product - very disappointed

Came without foam inserts!

I guess some come with foam and some come without! What’s the point if it doesn’t have any foam! Not happy at all! It came without the foam insert I reordered it and it came again without the foam insert 😔.
