fingerprint stamp work really well

Ha I knew my trusted reddit community wouldn't let me know. Poetic was recommended on multiple threads on different devices so I thought would give it a try as I upgrade to the new S21 Plus. It's proven to be a well designed, user friendly and high quality product. Installation was a breeze and fits like a glove. Clear back allow color of the S21 to shine through. Finger print definitely works too and it does not affect touch sensitivity at all. Thumbs up from me!

Pros
  • Finger print reader did not work at all. Even reset my finger print and it would not read it at all.
Cons
  • The case may not be very durable and may wear out quickly with regular use

Totally worth it! good for me

Updating my review. I've had it 5 months now. It has protected my phone. But now the fingerprint scanner isn't working as well as it once was. Also, dirt gets into the case really easy.I've had this case for a month now, and really like it. Very durable. Finger print scanner works.

Phone is wrapped up like a bumper car, fingerprint hole not as bad as I thought

The case fits well on the phone without much issue. It holds together, doesn't start disassembling itself. The fingerprint reader is like a hole in the screen protector, with a sticker protector in the gap. It works well enough, not as responsive with the case on as with it off. Just redo your fingerprint with the case on and it sort of fixes the problem. The fingerprint hole feels flush with the rest of the screen, so you won't catch your finger. Amazing customer service

Amazing costumer service. Fingerprint reader stopped working after a few days. They sent me a brand new replacement quickly.

Great Choice best in my review

Took me forever to figure out what case I wanted for me new phone. So glad I chose this one. It fits my 21+ perfectly and I can tell it's great quality, sturdy. I havent had any issues with the finger print opening scanning. Works great!

Can't use the tempered glass, on screen fingerprints sensor doesn't work with S21+

I like the case but I had to literally cut out the screen protector! The built in tempered glass/ screen protector doesn't work with the s21+ on screen fingerprint scanner. It worked for 2 days and that was it. Oh yeah and EVERYTIME YOU NEED TI TAKE OFF YOUR CASE OR READJUST, CHANGE SIM, ETC. YOU HAVE TO RESET AND REDO YOUR FINGERPRINTS, IT WILL NOT REGISTER. THATS WHY I CUT IT OUT! COOL CASE BUT DOESNT WORK WITH FINGERPRINT SENSOR

Fingerprint reader works!

Super well made. Perfect fit. Best part? The fingerprint reader actually works. Just be sure to delete your old fingerprints before setting up the new ones with the screen protector.

Great case but was shipped a return item

The case itself is made great, but on the one I received the screen protector was cracked, no protective film on anything so it was covered in fingerprints, and the accessory envelope was torn open. It had clearly been a return that they shipped to me.They are refunding my money.after I return the item to them.

Solved the finger print reader problem.

Finger print reader worked at first, but a month or so later the adhesive that allowed ones finger print to transmit through to the screen lost adhesion. I cut a round hole in the protective screen so my finger directly touches the phone's screen & now it's working great.not so pretty, works great!
