I never thought I would write a powerstrip review!

But here it is! The attentive customer service was so good it couldn't go unnoticed! First, the strip is great. Having twelve sockets is fantastic - no more hassle when that computer plug replaces two sockets and displaces another device or lamp you want to connect. There are also multiple USB ports illuminated in a pleasant blue color and it's so handy to have the phone charged and close at hand. And then the surprise inside. They included this reading lamp that plugs into my computer's USB…

I love it - this is my third purchase! Replace my old extension cords with these!

I read countless reviews for many months, then I chose this one. I bought my first one about 2 years ago and I really like it. The blue backlight is quite bright. Since it's next to my bed, I'll definitely tuck it in. I had no technical problems so I bought 3. The second one I bought I ordered in black and it came in white. I didn't bother with the return. Although I had to exchange. Black suits his location better. Oh I LOVE the long cord! Hope that helps!

Excellent unit. on power strips and surge protectors

So far I'm very happy with this unit. Only time will tell if it was worth the money after putting it to the test. A mini USB lightbulb was included but ONLY one item did not come with this extension as shown in the web page graphic and that is the reason for the four stars. If everything had been there, it would have been five stars.

It's simple and doesn't have the desired features

This extension is just "good". Some features are missing. First, the power button, while transparent, doesn't light up. So it's hard to tell if it's on the table or not. Also, it doesn't have standard indicator lights, just an indicator that says "not grounded". Nothing indicates it was disabled or had a power surge. In addition, it has three USB charging ports and only one USB display. This indicator is an "on" or "in use" indicator only, it does not update/change color based on your device's…

Great overall functionality and price.

I didn't realize how much I needed this until I connected all my devices. It's a good thing there's surge protection. It charges all my toys well with amazing speed. I tried the USB sockets to charge my phones and was surprised that they charge faster there than with the factory wall adapter.
