Not compatible with "Power Banks "

I was looking for a surge protector with at least 8 outlets, maybe 12 would be too many. We were very satisfied with this socket and the charging unit of the device. Bought 3 different brands in early December 2020 and this was my favorite. So I bought a second device a month ago - this time it was one of the warehouse deals. This surge protector seems to do the trick, powering 12 outlets and 4 USB ports. (Having not (yet) experienced any power surges, I can't confirm its abilities in this important area.) I noticed that in the photos provided by other users, Witeem was in the position where the sockets were reversed at one point , grounding plug faces in and not out like the one I bought.
