The product came in a plastic bag. The crown was broken and wrinkled. As I slowly removed the sticker from the invoice, the stitching was revealed as well. Also left a sticky film. You could get the same quality product for half the price I paid.

Okay you buy this cheap product because of the velcro on the hat. So you can add different patches. GOOD, the velcro patch glued to the hat is NOT CENTERED. Also, it doesn't stick that well! To end this bad hat review, the plastic piece on the back is so cheap it'll bite your head, and the adjustable tabs pop right off. DO NOT BUY THIS HAT!

Really nice hat but just uncomfortable. The hat size is perfect for a large head, at 7 5/8 I have plenty of room. The problem is there's a wire right in front of my forehead or something digging into my head. I've tried bending/using wire cutters to whatever it is but it just won't go away. You can see the mark where it digs (often leaves a mark) in my forehead.

I bought this hat as a trick for my band at shows so my expectations weren't high. I was really very impressed. The hat itself is of good quality. No off-center top button or any of those poor stitching you see on cheap hats. The stitching is excellent and the colors are very bold. I was afraid it would cling to the hat and look weird, but it looks just as good as any of my logo embroidered hats. Well worth the money and can't wait to get more patches.

This hat met most of my expectations...good shape, strong stitches, correct height...one mistake...the shiny label on the peak of the hat has a very sticky residue from the sticker...the residue doesn't come off easily ... First I tried alcohol and wiped it off a paper towel -> Don't do it! Paper fibers hung in the threads and fibers of the bill. I recommend manufacturers to provide labels with a "less sticky" adhesive.

These are beautiful and large hats, the only hat I have ever worn with a snap on three instead of just one or two on the end. This is a really low hat so it sits completely on your head and you don't feel like it's falling off when you look down. The only problem I have is that the beak isn't curved very well, which changes its position on the head, making it press down the middle of my forehead quite hard, leaving a red mark. I hope the hat comes off after it breaks and this passes.

This was my third patched hat, great workmanship and the size was perfect. I love the American flag patch. BUT this time I ordered a different color and it was sent in an envelope and was bruised resulting in creases in the crown. So crazy that everyone else got in the box. Such a cool hat has become my work hat in the yard because it looks like it has been stepped on. I wish there were more color options. I'm looking for a brown front, white mesh. Apart from that great hat, especially the blue

I love the color (light gray front/white back) and definitely have no plans to buy a hat to match my new outfit. This allows you to have the best of both worlds, allowing you to customize the emblem on your cap while keeping the overall color scheme (for those of you vain enough to follow the trends haha). The pull patch seems well done so far and can easily handle a few patch changes. Also, I have a pretty big head (except for the dirty jokes) so this cap definitely fits that bill and is also…
