Indy has his whip, Luke has his saber and I have this.

Helps you get your guests or customers to drinks faster. It's my sword, my weapon when I'm in the trenches, when my bar is filled with a wall-mounted zombie horde of thirsty, fun-seeking, party-goers and everyday drunks. With this always ready on my waist, I kind of walk across to the other side every night for another sunrise

Pulltap Double Hinged Waiter's Corkscrew Black & Stainless Steel

If you think you are buying a stainless steel corkscrew then misleading advertising is fooling you. Tiny stainless steel knife blade, that's all. The "shiny" parts of the bottle opener are made of chrome steel that can be lightly sanded to reveal the copper plating on the steel base metal. I have uploaded a video to help you identify similar stainless steel counterfeits. don't be a victim Spend wisely.

Waiters use them for a reason

I've had one of those corkscrews that look like two hands waving up and down for years. He never pulls the cork all the way out of the bottle, and sometimes the screw doesn't go straight in, causing the cork to break. I've tried a few other designs with mediocre results. This one is excellent. I could beat myself up for not getting one a year ago. I'm always trying new gadgets to find the one that works best. As for opening a bottle of wine, I'm done. There is no need to look for anything else.

I don't think this is real

I currently live in Europe and also bought pulltaps from a local liquor store as I didn't think this one would last long. While this one from Revain is a nice imitation (yes, it has a logo), it's not made either, and I can see subtle differences in the steel, curve shape, and rivets. The rivets on mine have opened further and now the spring holding the corkscrew has failed and worn out. In my opinion, this is a Chinese illegal fake. The supplier may not know this, but another supplier in the…

Works well, small enough to carry around

I ordered a Pulltap corkscrew after it was voted best corkscrew by Food & Wine magazine. I've had single-jointed corkscrews (okay if you get them as a promotional item, but I wouldn't pay for them), lever-operated corkscrews, two-prong corkscrews (suitable for old corks), hand-operated screw-type pullers, and winged corkscrews. Corkscrew. Lever corkscrews are relatively easy to use and work quickly, but they're also too large to fit in a desk drawer or pocket. And it's easier to remove the cork

Looks like a decent price

There are many imitations of the original out there, some good and some not so good. One way to tell it's a replica is the narrow opening of the bottle opener on the chromed part; the second is a narrowing of the chromed section leading to the bottle opener; the third is the less durable black part of the handle where the cutter is located; fourth, there is no "patent" stamp over the mouth of the bottle opener. However, I've used it three times so far, but it's worked great. I collect these…
