I like the cups and the feel. But more than that, I am impressed with the customer service. Very first day, I broke one cup as it slipped out of my hand. But response from the customer rep was awesome. Even tho it was my fault, they sent me the set immediately. So far, have been very careful. Cup is nicely made and does what it is supposed to do.

Some reviewers have complained that these are too fragile but so far mine are great. I've been using them on a daily basis for three weeks for a number purposes: hot cocoa, cold milk, ice cream, cereal, etc. I recognize that they are indeed made of very thin glass and therefore I handle them with care in the same way I treat some crystal wine glasses that I have. Look no further. If you want a beautiful light weight sturdy mug to hold onto this is it. It fits in the hand perfectly and doesn't tip when you carry with just fingers through the handle so you can carry easily. I love the way my cappuccino looks in this mug. Keeps my beverage hot longer than a typical mug. Lost one mug in the dishwasher, just cracked, I am handwashing the second mug so I don't break it.

I have a bunch of these and none of them have liquid between the walls so far, other brands have a lot of trouble with this. I machine wash them.16 oz holds a 12 oz can plus ice or a foamy head, this is a great size. Also the short squat muglike shape is very stable. I don't personally want the handle on them, but glasses without a handle are always tall and less stable.

5 stars because this is a good product.but make no mistake they are fragile mugs (remember they are thin hand blow products). I emailed their customer service about one of the mugs being defective. They were very helpful and contacted me fairly quickly. I sent them some pictures of water gathering in the vacuum space and they are sending me a replacement mug. Overall, easy to hold can keeps my coffee/tea warmer/colder than the standard mug.

I have always wanted dual lined mugs and enjoy these mugs greatly. They are light and possibly easy to break but seem to be lasting quite well. They keep the beverage warm and are very attractive causing the beverage to appear to be floating in mid air.

I love these beautiful glasses. I was so grateful for the reviews. I bought an espresso machine and was accustomed to making lattes with a 4oz shot in a 16oz tumbler. I chose to buy these 12oz glasses because they were so much prettier than their 16oz counterparts. I love these mugs but even when I am very careful washing with it I just noticed there is a crack in it. I have to throw the one mug away. So sad.

I recieved the set of glasses but one of them had a few scratches on the outside glass. Since it is only one of them, I didn't want to return the whole set. These are dubbled walled glass cups. one broke inside the cup and Pun Pun would not return my e-mails. That is the reason for my rating.

A well made up to 12 oz. stylish cup that will help keep your coffee warm and still be able to show the beauty of a well made espresso, cappuccino or latte, just like the expensive coffee shops. If you like smaller amounts of your favorite beverage order a smaller cup as it will keep it warmer longer.

After several months they have held up well and none broken which was my original concern. Love the size and thinness of the glass and overall shape; just ordered two more even.
