💤 Epsom Melatonin Sleep Aid - Pure Essentials Review

After trying this sleep product, I was extremely disappointed. It has a terrible smell and does not dissolve well in the bath. The only positive is that it did make me feel a little more relaxed before bed. However, the cons heavily outweigh the pro. I will not be repurchasing.

We use this when we bathe and it always puts our 4 year old at ease, plus she loves it when it fizzes and smells good - it smells really good. She has eczema and that seems to be helping too, her skin is much clearer than any other bubble bath we've used.

Did exactly what it was supposed to do but if like me you are allergic. I have found that I can use all bath products from Dr. Teal can use, except those that contain essential oils. I too used it around 8pm and woke up and took Benadryl around 9:30am. Huge mistake! I have been taking Benadryl for many years and I can take it and still exercise. Not today, I felt drugged. I can only assume it was the melatonin from the soap that was still in my system. I felt like someone had drugged me. FYI…
