No opener required. No slime inside the jar. My dog asks for it. He used to just leave the food in the bowl for a few hours. Now it salivates when I open it. Good choice for him.

My Yorkies and Chihuahuas love this canned food. The price is great (compared to our local markets) and I find it very convenient to be able to order multiple boxes through Revain's Prime Pantry. Good business!

My dogs love it. They each get 1/2 cup of kibble with 1/2 cup of no-salt Shoprite, chopped green beans, and a full tablespoon of canned Alpo Hidden Goodness. Both are healthy and poop well. This is my favorite brand because it has been completely redesigned.

Well worth the price and my border collie mix can't wait to eat every day. I open a jar and use half to mix into his kibble each morning and the rest for his dinner. He is fed up with eating dry food every day and it gives him a lot of delicious flavors.

I ordered this because of the winter storm and low temps we've had and my miniature poodle only had a few cans of Alpo left around the house. I didn't know vegetables had hidden benefits, but my dog certainly did. She will eat the same flavors without the veggies, so there should be some flavor left for the dogs to figure out.
