Pre-ordered, sauce and tuna were a different lighter color! My cat won't eat it anymore! I have about 18 cans left, what do I do with them? Please help! Thanks very much! Tracey Shepherd

This cat food was one of the few my cat ate, so I subscribed to it for a long time. But in my most recent wrap, the contents of the jars appear to be of a different type of meat (darker in colour), even though the label says it's the same, tuna. My cat doesn't want to eat. So something seems to have changed, at least with this last batch I just bought. Any advice or feedback would be appreciated

We have been ordering this for our cat for a while but the last package we received had a broken tin and there were flies everywhere. I'm not sure what's going on, but it was an absolutely disgusting experience. IMPORTANT UPDATE: Why are these two different colors? This is NOT normal at all. My cat got a little sick after eating these new cans - you need to do proper quality control because it can hurt so many animals. What are the next steps from here?

I noticed that my 16 year old cat's eyes were cloudy, she drank a lot and urinated a lot. I knew it was a sign of diabetes. I bought this high hydration, high protein, low carb food. Slightly cheaper than Publix and Walmart. My cat (or am I her human?) eats 4 cans a day. I use a compostable bowl. She does not eat other species. only turkey! I used to feed her this kibble but a very trustworthy vet in town has consistently confirmed that cats are carnivores and should not be given excessive carbohydrates (ie the traditional American diet) but of course that's the cheaper route and I understand the need to cut costs. You just sniff and walk away, never had this problem with the old product. In April 2018, Purina reformulated its True Instinct Chicken & Turkey. It used to be free of fish, which was helpful for my fish-allergic cat. She drank her 2 cans a day without question. Not only does the reformulated version have SALMON on the ingredient list, but she sniffs and leaves without eating it (thankfully given her allergies). Now I have to look for other food for them.
