Disappointing CLA supplement for athletes

These softgels failed to impress me as a sports nutrition supplement. While the product claims to contain CLA, I saw no noticeable improvement in my muscle tone or body composition. On the positive side, the product was easy to swallow and didn't leave an unpleasant aftertaste. However, overall, I feel like I wasted my money on this health and household supplement.
