Smooth Shifting! on my review.

This transmission filter was an affordable and effective replacement for my old filter. the installation process was easy and I immediately noticed that my car was shifting smoother than before. The quality of the filter and its materials suggest that it will last a long time, and I'm confident that it will improve the longevity of my transmission..

Pros
  • Easy installation, smooth shifting
Cons
  • None to report.

Major Disappointment

Through trial and error I found that this filter doesn't do much good .The only positive thing I can say is that it fits snugly, but that's about it. The overall quality is terrible and not worth the money. i would not recommend..

Pros
  • Fits snugly
Cons
  • Overall quality is terrible

Purolator is simply the best

I bought this filter for my '97 Toyota Camry 5S-FE because I am a Purolator fanatic and knew this filter would be perfect for my car. It fits perfectly and the quality is top notch. The only criticism is the included transmission pan gasket. It's a hybrid gasket of cork and rubber, and they don't last long before they start falling apart. I had an extra solid rubber seal from the Duralast transmission filter that was practically new so I decided to reuse it. I know the rubber will last a lot…

Pros
  • Extends fluid and transmission life
Cons
  • Style 90
