Requires a small elbow and a hammer won't help much, but once you get the hang of it, assembly is quick. Lightweight yet durable, holds over 20 boots if you double them up. I bought another one for my wife's closet.

You know how you always think that one thing helps you keep organized - this is it. I can attest to the durability, one of mine is over three years old and in excellent condition. I put together a new one quickly and easily and it has done wonders for my closet organization.

I rarely look at things but it's so awful I had to warn people. This is not a plastic shelf but a wire hanger frame with the thinnest piece of vinyl cloth wrapped around it. Montage is a royal headache. I take it back. Don't waste your time and money. This thing isn't worth $20 and certainly not worth the hassle. Very bad design

Honestly I was a little underwhelmed when this product came out as assembly is required. I started collecting and was disappointed. (I can't build ANYTHING). I took it apart and learned from my mistakes. It came together quickly. This is my favorite part of my closet, I can easily fit a pair of shoes in it. I love that I chose my own design for my own space. While I'm not a builder, I highly recommend this product! I find my shoes and feel organized!

I needed storage next to my bed because I have a lot of medical equipment, clothing and electronics. I've been looking for a chest of drawers, but this one got so much better! I have the flexibility to configure it so that it doesn't get in the way of the window sill and actually gives my cats another spot to sunbathe and bird watch. I bought these units - one set and another a day later to organize my closet for my extensive shoe collection without the cost or time of a custom assembly. They are perfect for that. My advice is to follow the assembly instructions from left to right - when you've built a complete block and then find a slip joint or try to connect a finished set to another finished set in one step, things get tricky.
