These do not melt good for me

Buyer beware, I should have listened to the reviews here. It's not wax, but more of a plastic texture. It melted drip by drip. not nearly enough to use to make a uniform wax seal. Do yourself a favor, buy another brand and use wax beads instead. So much easier, cleaner, and safer.

Pros
  • The Purple Flower Of Luce Vintage Sealing Wax Sticks With Wick - 10 Pack From France adds an elegant and classic touch to any letter or document, instantly elevating its perceived value and importance
Cons
  • The packaging may be excessively wasteful or difficult to recycle

Such a disappointment

Smells disgusting when you burn it, the black char from burning the wick got in the wax seal while attempting to use it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone even try to use it unless you want a messy look.

Pros
  • Craft Supplies
Cons
  • Users may struggle to achieve consistent and attractive seals with this product

Easy to use, vibrant colors

Purchased this for our wedding invitations. Easy to use. Vibrant colors. As described. Highly recommend. Use this when you want to step-up an invitation or card.

Pros
  • Adhesive Waxing
Cons
  • The wax may not hold up well during shipping or handling, leading to damaged or broken seals

awful sealing wax for my opinion

I have used a red SH sealing wax in the past but wanted to change colors to something blue. I found this online and it had good ratings. I lit the wick the first time and it would not keep lit long enough to melt wax onto an envelope. I tried keeping a lighter on the wick to melt the wax manually but only managed to light the entire candle on fire. Subsequent uses had the same effect. When I did manage to get the wax to drop it stuck to my seal and wouldn't leave a legible image after lifting…

Pros
  • ☆Size for each wax stick: 0.45x0.45x3.6 inches(1.1x1.1x9cm)
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for use in extreme temperatures or environments, as it may melt or crack too easily

Don’t waste your money

These kinda sucked. Couldn’t get the wax to melt before the wick burned out and wouldn’t light again. Would have to find a different way to melt them. Color was great though

Pros
  • Made in France with high-quality materials, these sealing wax sticks are designed to provide a secure and long-lasting seal for your important documents, ensuring that they remain private and tamper-proof
Cons
  • Users may find it difficult to achieve the desired shade of purple with this product, as it may vary depending on application and lighting

Works for me, nice result.

This type of wax seal works very well if you have used them before. Got to be cautious because these will smoke if you try to melt too fast. Practice and you'll get great results.

Pros
  • First use and all is well. Seems to leave a really nice seal!
Cons
  • The wax may take a long time to melt and apply, making it inconvenient for those in a hurry
