Great Email Marketing Solution at an Affordable Price

Easy to manage. The analytics reports are great. The integration with Zapier is a fantastic feature that allows easy data import from other tools. I wish they had more customizable features beyond basic templates. I would love to be able to customize the text used in the notification messages, as well as the timing of when it's sent out. This is a relatively cheap solution for sending out marketing emails to leads. We were able to save time and reduce bounces by communicating with our…

  • Also have access to all salesforce contacts through SFDC connection which makes life easier too :)

  • Nothing really at this point but like everything there will always need improvement

Fantastic Tool For All Marketing Managers

I love how easy it is for me as an admin or owner/operator! It's so simple that even my 10 year old can use this software!! The ability to have multiple channels in one dashboard makes things easier than ever before. Also very flexible with customizing what you want from each channel which helps keep everything organized & running smoothly (no more emailing out different emails just because they're all under "Push Eng"). There are some small bugs here n there but nothing major - minor glitches

Great platform with room to grow - especially with more integrations

The ability for it integrate with other systems is great as well! It's easy enough that someone who has no experience can use without any issues at all - very simple platform which makes onboarding new users easier than most others I've used (especially if you have an existing CRM integration). If there were more integrations available or better training materials out in public then this would be even higher up my list but right now their documentation seems lacking so far when compared against
