This is amazing! I use them to prepare lunches for the work week. They hold the perfect amount and stack very well in the fridge. I try to keep them the right way round but I haven't had any issues with leaks. I wouldn't throw them in my backpack.

They're great for Sunday cooking. I put a layer of plastic wrap between the lid and jar to make it more waterproof and microwavable. The lid is microwave safe but I think it will last longer if left unheated.

They are in no way leakproof, shape or form unless lying flat or used for something that contains some kind of sauce/liquid. I bought these to take my lunch to work and to keep them upright when traveling but they leak every time I put sauce in them. As a result, I relegated them to housework and switched to other lunch boxes. However, the portion size is ideal when planning a meal at home.

They're a little smaller than I expected but were a great size for our meals. I've also used them on sandwiches instead of ziplock bags, a nod to reducing our carbon footprint. For size reference, I can put a PB&J sandwich there on "good" bread (70% of the space) with room for, say, a small carrot (30%) and although the containers are flat nothing gets crushed. Really big size. They also stack well in cupboards or the fridge, even on low shelves.

These bins are absolutely beautiful! But the printing on the lids is a joke, so their functionality is limited and I regret the purchase. When I received them I immediately started using them for leftovers and dinners. Then one day I got to work and found that my lunch had spread all over my bag. I have been a private chef for 21 years. I've been buying these 3 and 6 cup size containers for almost the same amount of time. I used to pick them up at Walmart or Target but that was terrible because they never carried what I needed in one place. When I first started ordering from Revain over 5 years ago I had to return many of the three cup sizes due to ill fitting lids that didn't seal properly and leaked. I make food for my customers. These containers aren't as airtight as they used to be.

I really like these containers and would give them 5 stars if they were completely sealed. I love everything else about them though! I have these kind of little containers that I love that have lasted me in the microwave, freezer, and dishwasher for several years.
