High-quality digital caliper

Overall I am very satisfied with this caliper. The display is large and easy to read. It turns on automatically when adjusting the caliper and turns off automatically after 5 minutes. It uses a widely available 3V CR2032 lithium battery. As long as it doesn't drain the battery when not in use like another digital caliper I've had (what a pain - I had to take the battery out after each use). Good quality, great readings but chunky design.

Pretty good calipers, decided to keep them, potential buyers should be aware that they are significantly heavier than ordinary plastic calipers. Thicker too, because the battery is a big lithium pill and has to fit under the display instead of on the side. Operation is not as smooth as port freight calipers, some oil may be required. Excellent set of calipers

I have been dealing with gemstones for decades and unfortunately my kids lost my digital calipers so I use an old fashioned caliper which is difficult to read. Thank goodness for that new set of calipers! Much easier to read than my analogue. They arrived well packaged in a hard box with plastic container. They came with NOT ONE, BUT TWO BATTERIES! It seems like a small thing, but it's a great feature for the future. There's nothing worse than figuring out what type of battery your calipers…
