It's easy for us as marketers, it makes our work easier by providing insights into what content performs best across multiple channels (email, social media). The dashboard isn't very intuitive - I don't understand how certain metrics translate in real numbers or KPIs that we use daily. Also there seems to be some discrepancy between data pulled from Facebook Insights vs other platforms such as Twitter etc., which could potentially cause confusion if you're not aware of this difference.
